New stake presidencies

Elder Julio E. Davila of the Seventy created the Quito Ecuador Inaquito Stake, which includes the El Inca, Inaquito, La Ofelia, Quito Lamenita, and San Carlos Norte wards, and the Carapungo and Comite Del Pueblo branches.
