All children of record ages 3 through 11 are enrolled in the Primary and recorded on the Member Progress Report. Younger children may be enrolled in Primary and recorded on the Member Progress Report when they turn 18 months if they begin attending the nursery (see Notice, dated 16 April 1993 and Member Progress Reporting Instructions, October 1993). Continue to work with unbaptized members of record over age 9 and their families, and as appropriate encourage them to accept the gospel and be baptized. Do not include unbaptized members of record over age 9 in Member Progress Report figures. (See the Notice dated January 1995, re: Member Progress Report - Unbaptized Members of Record over Nine.)
