1996 LDS pageants

Here are the performance dates and locations of major LDS pageants in 1996:

March 30, April 2-6 - "Jesus the Christ" at Arizona Temple Visitors Center in Mesa. The first evening will be in Spanish.

June 26-29 - "A Frontier Story - 1833" at Independence Missouri Visitors Center.

July 11-13, 16-20 - "Mormon Miracle" on Manti Temple grounds in Manti, Utah.

July 12-13, 16-20 - "America's Witness for Christ" at Hill Cumorah in Palmyra, N.Y.

Aug. 1-3, 6-10 - Castle Valley Pageant at Mountain Amphitheater in Castle Dale, Utah.

Aug. 2-3, 6-10 - "City of Joseph" on hillside adjacent to Nauvoo Visitors Center in Nauvoo, Ill.

Aug. 16-17, 20-24, 27-29 - "Martin Harris, the Man Who Knew" at amphitheater adjacent to the Clarkston Cemetery in Clarkston, Utah. Because of limited seating, this is the only pageant for which tickets are required. Tickets for this year have already been distributed, except for groups, of 10 or less people, sponsored by stake or full-time missionaries. Tickets for such groups may be obtained by sending a request on Church letterhead stationery to Martin Harris Pageant, P.O. Box 1210, Utah State University, Logan, Utah, 84322.

Dec. 18-25 - Calgary Nativity Pageant at Heritage Park in Calgary, Alberta.

"And it Came to Pass" at the Oakland Temple Interstake Center is held every third year and will not take place this year.
