Pres. Charles W. H. and Helen Goo cook up Chinese cuisine in their home in Laie, Hawaii. Sister Goo left mainland China for Hong Kong as a young girl in the 1950s, where she later joined the Church.
The Goos and their five children spent three years in Hong Kong, where Pres. Goo - now a stake president - presided over the Hong Kong Mission. Missionary work has been a vital part of their family life. Pres. and Sister Goo both joined the Church at early ages, and four of their five children have gone forth to proclaim the gospel.
