Recently my four boys and I were having a discussion about animal abuse and what we would do if we saw someone being cruel to an animal. We agreed that we would notify the police or the Humane Society if we were to witness this type of cruelty.
Shortly afterward, I overheard my 6-year-old son, Kyle, say to his brother, "If I saw someone being mean to an animal I know what we'd do. We would call the Relief Society and they would tell the police to arrest that person."
