The author of a quote attributed to an anonymous writer in the July 13 "Message of inspiration" has been identified. Michael Joncas, a Catholic priest, scholar and musician, and a native of Minneapolis, Minn., wrote "On Eagle's Wings," which has been used in hymnals of various denominations.
An Aug. 7 Church News report on the "City of Joseph" pageant in Nauvoo, Ill., stated that the pageant was an outgrowth of "Because of Elizabeth." However, "Because of Elizabeth," written and directed by Moana Bennett, did not premiere until June 1978, in connection with the dedication of the Relief Society Monument to Women, two years after "City of Joseph" was first presented.
