Harry and Adelaide LawMarried 70 years ago Nov. 10, 1927, in McLeod, Alberta, and sealed a year later in the Alberta Temple. They lived in Canada for a short time and then moved to Bountiful, Utah, briefly, and then to California where he worked in retail food sales. He enjoys oil painting and woodwork. He has served as bishop's counselor, counselor in a Sunday School presidency and home teacher. She has done professional sewing much of her life and does needle work and makes quilts. She's been a counselor in the Relief Society presidency, Sunday School teacher and visiting teacher. Members of the Hemet 4th Ward, Hemet California Stake. Parents of five children, they have 25 grandchildren, 64 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.

Thaine and Patra Taylor
Married 70 years ago on Dec. 1, 1927, in the Salt Lake Temple. Lived in Loa, Utah, their entire married lives, where he was a farmer and stockman. He served in the Sunday School, and was stake YMMIA superintendent, and ward high priests group leader. She has been a visiting teacher for more than 50 years, and served in the stake YWMIA, and Relief Society and has been active in the Daughters of the Utah Pioneers. They served a mission at the Manti Temple. Members of the Loa Ward, Wayne Utah Stake. Parents of two daughters, they have nine grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

Married 70 years ago on Nov. 23, 1927, in the St. George Temple. Natives of St. George, where they remained until mov ing to Las Vegas, Nev., in 1942. He was a brickmason and worked in other occupations as well. He served in the Sunday School presidency and as a home teacher. She served as Primary president and teacher, and Relief Society teacher and stake board member. Members of the Westcliff Ward, Las Vegas Nevada Redrock Stake. Parents of six children, they have 49 grandchildren, 130 great-grandchildren and six great-great-grandchildren.
