Folkman D. Brown, 80, former director of Mormon relations for the Boy Scouts of America and a member of the Young Men's Mutual Improvement Association general board, died March 25, 1997, at his home in Murray, Utah. He was a recipient of Scouting's Silver Beaver Award.
