Our oldest son, Phillip, long prepared to serve a full-time mission. With our last name of Edler, we even imagined what his official missionary name badge would read: "Elder Edler." He was recently called to the San Pedro Sula Honduras Mission and is currently serving there. He evidently has been studying the great missionary Alma the younger in the Book of Mormon. He signed a recent letter home: "Love, Edler the Elder."
