Here are performance dates and locations of major Church pageants in 1998:
April 4, 7-11: "Jesus the Christ" on Arizona Temple grounds, Mesa, Ariz. The first performance is in Spanish.June 18-20, 23-27: "Mormon Miracle" on Manti Temple grounds in Manti, Utah.
July 21-25, July 28-Aug. 1: "And It Came to Pass" at the Oakland Temple Interstake Center in Oakland, Calif. All performances at 8 p.m. except Saturday matinees at 1 p.m. and Saturday evenings at 7 p.m.
July 10-11, 14-18: "America's Witness for Christ" at Hill Cumorah near Palmyra, N.Y.
July 30-31, Aug. 1, 4-8: "Castle Valley Pageant" at Mountain Amphitheater in Castle Dale, Utah.
July 31, Aug 1, 4-8: "City of Joseph" adjacent to Nauvoo Visitors Center in Nauvoo, Ill.
Aug. 14-15, 18-22, 25-27: "Martin Harris, the Man Who Knew" at amphitheater adjacent to the Clarkston Cemetery in Clarkston, Utah. Admission is free but tickets are required because of limited seating and should be requested by Feb. 1. Write to P.O. Box 151, Clarkston, Utah 84305.
Dec. 18-25: Calgary Nativity Pageant at Heritage Park in Calgary, Alberta.
All pageants are free of charge. They last 11/2 hours and, except for Oakland, start at dusk.
