Oct. 13 - Family History Library demonstration, "Swiss Research," Room B120, 11 a.m.

Oct. 14 - Family History Library demonstration, "U.S. Migration Patterns Series," Room 134/136, 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.Oct. 16-17 - Temple Square Concert Series: Joel Rosenberg will conduct the American West Symphony in selected numbers from two popular compositions with emphasis on dancing the ballet "Romeo and Juliet" by Prokofiev, and symphonic dances from "West Side Story," by Bernstein, Assembly Hall, 7:30 p.m., free admission.

Oct. 17 - Museum of Church History and Art: "Children's Activity Day," 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Hands-on activities designed to help children understand how early Mormon furniture was made; reservations are not required.

Through Oct. 17 - BYU Museum of Art: "Goldstein's Zion: Visions and Reflections." All exhibits are free. The museum is open Mondays and Thursdays from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.; Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.; and Saturdays from noon to 5 p.m.; for more information call (801) 378-2787.
