Answer

According to "The Father and the Son: a Doctrinal Exposition by the First Presidency and the Twelve" issued in June 1916, Jesus Christ is referred to as "Father" in these ways:

Under the direction of His Father, Elohim, He created heaven and earth.

He is the "Father" of those who abide in His Gospel.

He is the "Father" by divine investiture of authority; that is, "Jesus the Son has represented and yet represents Elohim His Father in power and authority."
