New mission president

A new mission president has been called by the First Presidency.

Howard Arnold Wagner, 58, will serve in the Chile Antofagasta Mission; he is a member of Valley View 7th Ward, Salt Lake Valley View Stake; former high councilor, bishop and counselor, ward mission leader, Sunday School teacher, Scoutmaster, and missionary in the Central American Mission; assistant controller for PacifiCorp; received bachelor's and master's degrees in accounting from BYU and attended Iowa State University and University of Michigan; born in Chihuahua, Mexico, to Edgar Le Roy and Theresa Turley Wagner; married Diane Lee, six children. She is a former stake Young Women president, counselor in Relief Society presidency, counselor in Young Women presidency, counselor in Primary presidency, Relief Society teacher, and Blazer leader; received bachelor's degree in nursing from BYU; born in Provo, Utah, to Victor and Ruby Linn Lee.
