Brigham Young's former Salt Lake City residence, the Lion House, was placed in 1932 in the custody, along with the Beehive House, of what Church organization?
Here's answer to week's question
The First Presidency announced in February 1932 that the Church was turning custody of the Lion House over to the Young Ladies Mutual Improvement Association. The home was to be used as a social center for women and girls. The Beehive House had been a home for girls since it was given to the YLMIA in 1920. The move was expected to assure the dignity and historical interest of the twin structures. The homes today are no longer used for these purposes but are primarily historical sites.
