Quorum and group leaders interview each of their members at least annually. For those brethren who serve as home teachers, this interview could take place during a monthly home teaching interview.Interviews should be positive, centering on priesthood and family responsibilities. These interviews are a time to teach the brethren, to express love and appreciation, and to discover and plan how to meet their needs. The discussion of confidential matters is left to the bishop.
