Marie Clayson and F. Reed Shepherd

Married 70 years ago on Dec. 11, 1929, in the Salt Lake Temple. They have spent their lives in Utah County where they have farmed and raised sheep. They have held many positions in Church service during their lives, including teaching singing and presiding over quorums. He served as bishop's counselor and, after retirement, they served in the Washington Seattle Mission. Members of the Lake Shore 1st Ward, Spanish Fork Utah West Stake. Parents of five children, they have 27 grandchildren, 78 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
