Donald Wilfred Cummings, 70, of the Canning Ward, Perth Australia Stake, has been called to be the president of the new Perth Australia Temple, which was dedicated May 20, 2001. His wife, Margaret Amy Oliver Cummings will serve as the temple matron. A retired chief executive of the Housing Industry Association for South Australia, President Cummings has been serving as the coordinator of the Perth Australia Temple Open House and Dedication Committee. He has previously served as a regional representative, temple president (Sydney Australia, 1990-93), stake president, bishop, district president, high councilor, counselor in the mission presidency, and second counselor in the Sydney Australia Temple presidency. Sister Cummings has served as a stake and ward Relief Society president, temple matron, assistant to the matron, ward Primary president, stake Primary presidency, and stake music chairman,.
