Six new mission presidents, called by the First Presidency, have been announced. The new leaders and their wives will begin service about July 1. Assignments for all mission presidents were announced in the March 6, 2004, Church News. The new leaders and their wives are:
Richard Craig Bramwell, 46; Ohio Cincinnati Mission; Green Valley Ward, Poway California Stake; counselor in the California Carlsbad Mission presidency; former counselor in a stake presidency, stake Young Men president, high councilor, counselor in a bishopric and missionary in the Arkansas Little Rock Mission. President of Professional Staffing Resources. Born in Ogden, Utah, to Ernest Craig and Marcella Lillian Bramwell. Married Jennifer Lynn Schimpf, four children.
A temple ordinance worker and companion to her husband in the California Carlsbad Mission, she is a former stake Young Women sports director, ward Young Women president, counselor in a ward Relief Society presidency, Relief Society enrichment leader and Relief Society teacher. Born in San Diego, Calif., to Lawrence Vincent and Caroline Virginia Smith Schimpf.
Julio Ramon Davila Duran, 58; Colombia Barranquilla Mission; Nueva Segovia Ward, Barquisimeto Venezuela Stake; high priests group leader; former counselor in a mission presidency, stake and district president, counselor in stake and district presidencies and elders quorum president. Owner and manager of Dayaisu C.A. Born in Merida, Venezuela, to Gregorio and Felomena Duran de Davila. Married Delia Cristina Mercades, six children.

Abraham Martinez Ceron, 47; Mexico Leon Mission; Arbolillo 2nd Ward, Mexico City Mexico Arbolillo Stake; stake president; former counselor in a stake presidency, high councilor, bishop, counselor in a bishopric and missionary in the Mexico Monterrey Mission. A ward music coordinator, she is a former counselor in stake Relief Society and Primary presidencies, ward Relief Society president, Sunday School teacher and missionary in the Mexico Merida Mission. Born in San Marco, Mexico, to Rafael and Virginia Vilalobos de Monroy.
Ricardo Valladares Banegas, 46; Nicaragua Managua Mission; Nuevo Loarque Ward, Tegucigalpa Honduras Toncontin Stake; former counselor in a mission presidency, stake president, high councilor, bishop and missionary in the Guatemala Guatemala City Mission.
