Dale L. Russon, 87, who presided over the California Oakland Mission from 1974-77 and as the director of the Oakland California Temple Visitors Center from 1996-97, died Sept. 22, 2012, in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Lorenzo "Ren" Neville Hoopes, 98, who presided over the England Bristol Mission from 1979-82 and served as president of the Oakland California Temple from 1985-90, died Sept. 21, 2012, in Oakland, Calif.
