JULY 17 — Concerts in the Park will feature the Dixieland jazz group New Hot5 at 8 p.m. in Brigham Young Historic Park on the corner of State St. and 2nd Ave., Salt Lake City.
JULY 20-21 — The Mormon Tabernacle Choir will present their Pioneer Day Concert "The Joy of Song" at 8 p.m. in the Conference Center Auditorium. Tickets have already been distributed through a random selection process. Patrons are invited to form a stand-by line for last-minute seating at the North Gate on Temple Square the evening of the performances.
JULY 25 — Garden Talks in the Park will feature "Friends You Can Count On," by Mindy Mortenson at 8 p.m. in Brigham Young Historic Park.
SUNDAYS — "Music and the Spoken Word," featuring the Mormon Tabernacle Choir, will be broadcast at 9:30 a.m. in the Tabernacle. Please be seated by 9:15 a.m.
DAILY — Organists perform 30-minute recitals in the Tabernacle at noon Mondays through Saturdays and at 2 p.m. on Sundays.
