Eight new mission presidents and their wives have been called by the First Presidency. They will begin their service in July.

Lynden Lothaire Bluth, 63, and Connie Jean Watkins Bluth, seven children, Lindsay Ward, Gilbert Arizona Val Vista Stake: Chile Concepción South Mission, succeeding President Osvaldo Martinez Carreño and Sister Adriana P. Martinez. Brother Bluth is a former stake president, bishop, high councilor, high priests group leader, counselor in a ward Young Men presidency and Scoutmaster. Ophthalmologist, Southwestern Eye Center. Born in Phoenix, Arizona, to Lynden Bluth and LaRee Lunt Bluth.

Sister Bluth is a former stake Relief Society president, ward Young Women president, branch Relief Society president, counselor in a ward Primary presidency and temple ordinance worker. Born in Brigham City, Utah, to Vernon Bowring Watkins and Bonnie Jean Taylor Watkins.

Stephen Watkins Forbes, 58, and Mary Faith Wenzel Forbes, four children, Perry Park Ward, Castle Rock Colorado Stake: Minnesota Minneapolis Mission, succeeding President Jordan W. Clements and Sister Julie A. Clements. Brother Forbes is a former counselor in a stake presidency, bishop, high councilor, ward clerk, Scoutmaster and missionary in the Brazil São Paulo South Mission. Vice president/attorney, SunGard. Born in Richland, Washington, to Homer Robins Forbes and Alene Janette Forbes.

Sister Forbes is a former counselor in a ward Relief Society, Young Women, and Primary presidencies, Cub Scout leader and seminary teacher. Born in Hopkinsville, Kentucky, to James Edward Wenzel and Blanche Pershing Bonnelly Wenzel.

Marcel Gueï, 39, and Rosine Marthe Dahigo Gueï, four children, Niangon 3rd Ward, Abidjan Cote d’Ivoire Niangon Stake: Cote d’Ivoire Abidjan West Mission. Brother Gueï is currently serving as a stake president and is a former bishop, counselor in a bishopric, elders quorum president, ward mission leader and ward Sunday School teacher. Chief operator of an oil refinery. Born in Mbrago, Abidjan, Cote D’Ivoire, to Josef Gueï and Tahou Henrique Gueï.

Sister Gueï is a former ward Young Women president and counselor in ward Relief Society and Primary presidencies. Born in Lakota, Divo, Cote D’Ivoire, to Tahugo Sokto German and Gahie Odio German.

David Shayne Heap, 57, and Mary Weston Heap, four children, Bozeman 3rd Ward, Bozeman Montana Stake: Texas Lubbock Mission, succeeding President Arnold R. Augustin and Sister Kathee C. Augustin. Brother Heap is a former stake president, bishop, elders quorum president and missionary in the Louisiana Baton Rouge Mission. Institute director/coordinator, Seminaries and Institutes of Religion. Born in Bozeman, Montana, to Clarence Shayne Heap and JoeAnn Kennedy Heap.

Sister Heap is a former counselor in stake Relief Society and Young Women presidencies, ward Primary president and counselor in ward Relief Society and Young Women presidencies. Born in Montpelier, Idaho, to Arlo Barker Weston and Vernetta Coombs Weston.

Melvin Gerald Markham, 64, and Susan Wahlen Markham, six children, Huntington Beach Ward, Huntington Beach California North Stake: Guatemala Guatemala City Central Mission, succeeding President M. Joseph Brough and Sister Emily Brough. Brother Markham is a former stake president, bishop, counselor in a bishopric, stake executive secretary, Scoutmaster and missionary in the Chilean Mission. Dentist. Born in Long Beach, California, to Don Carlos Markham and Helen Floy Markham.

Sister Markham is a former stake Young Women president, counselor in a stake Primary presidency, ward Relief Society president, ward Young Women president and ward Primary president. Born in American Falls, Idaho, to Floyd Chester Wahlen and Orva Marie Broadhead Wahlen.

Kenneth Boyd Packer, 38, and Cari Marie Robinson Packer, four children, Spring Creek 20th Ward, Springville Utah West Stake: Ukraine Kyiv Mission, succeeding President Jörg Klebingat and Sister Julia Klebingat. Brother Packer is a former bishop, counselor in a bishopric, high councilor, high priests group leader, elders quorum president, ward mission leader and missionary in the Russia St. Petersburg Mission. Manager of development, Provo Missionary Training Center. Born in American Fork, Utah, to Kenneth William Packer and Bobby Lynn Packer.

Sister Packer is a former stake Young Women camp director, assistant stake Young Women camp director, counselor in two ward Young Women presidencies and a ward Primary worker. Born in American Fork, Utah, to Leslie Ray Robinson and Vernice Marie Goode Robinson.

Dennis Eugene Rehm, 61, and Ruth Naomi Gifford Rehm, four children, Carlisle Ward, Chambersburg Pennsylvania Stake: Colorado Colorado Springs Mission, succeeding President J. Patrick Anderson and Sister Cynthia L. Anderson. Brother Rehm is a former stake president, counselor in a mission presidency, counselor in a stake presidency, bishop, stake Young Men president, ward Young Men president and missionary in the Germany Hamburg Mission. Chief information officer, PA Messenger Solutions. Born in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, to Marlin Eugene Rehm and Nancy Jane Rehm.

Sister Rehm is a former ward young single adult adviser, seminary teacher, Cub Scout leader and family history consultant. Born in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania, to Henry Brayton Gifford and Dorothy Leonette Gifford.

Todd Titensor, 50, and Kathleen Baum Titensor, four children, Orem Utah Sharon 5th Ward, Orem Utah Sharon Stake: Mexico Mexico City North Mission, succeeding President J. Dana Call and Sister Patricia J. Call. Brother Titensor is a former counselor in a bishopric, high councilor, stake and ward Young Men president and missionary in the Argentina Cordoba Mission. Retired, Lockheed Martin. Born in Afton, Wyoming, to ElRay Titensor and Bonnie Rakell Titensor.

Sister Titensor is a former stake Young Women president, ward Relief Society and Primary president and counselor in ward Young Women and stake Primary presidencies. Born in Provo, Utah, to John Haws Baum and Elaine Orme Baum.
