New stake presidencies

Elder Richard G. Scott of the Council of the Twelve created the Snohomish Washington Stake, which includes the Clearview, Granite Falls, Lake Stevens 1st, Lake Stevens 2nd, Monroe, Snohomish, and Sultan wards.
