Recently I was watching my three grandchildren - ages 3, 5 and 7 - as they played around the fountain at LDS Hospital in Salt Lake City. Much to my dismay, Nathan, the 5-year-old, was suddenly nowhere to be seen.
As Natalie, his 7-year-old sister, and I scurried around looking for him, I saw her dart behind some bushes. As I went near, I noticed she was kneeling with her eyes closed and hands clasped in earnest prayer for the safety of her little brother.Tears came to my eyes as I was reminded again of the simple faith of little children.
When we returned to the car to continue our search for Nathan, he was sitting there calmly, unaware of our concern.
