Married 70 years ago on Oct. 4, 1926, in Pocatello, Idaho, and sealed in the Salt Lake Temple. They lived in Buhl, Idaho, for 64 years where he was a livestock dealer for areas in Idaho and Nevada. He served as bishop's counselor, high councilor and bishop for 11 years. She served in the Relief Society presidency, and taught Sunday School, Primary, Young Women and was Relief Society accompanist. They served in the Northern Indian Mission in South Dakota, and were ordinance workers in the Logan and Boise temples. Members of the Buhl 3rd Ward, they are parents of three children, and have 21 grandchildren, 74 great-grandchildren and 13 great-great-grandchildren.
