Sept. 29 — Temple Square Concert Series: Winners of the Utah State Fair organ competition will perform, Assembly Hall, 7:30 p.m., free admission.

Through April 16, 2000 — Museum of Church History and Art: "At the Center Place: Photographs of Church Headquarters, 1853-1999." Exhibit features photographs of many of the buildings that have occupied Temple Square and the Church headquarters block from 1853 to the present. Museum hours: Mondays through Fridays, 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., Saturdays, Sundays and most holidays, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., free admission; call (801) 240-3310.

Through September — The Earth Science Museum (BYU), "Gastonia, a Small Armored Herbivore," on display featuring Nodosaur specimens from a BYU quarry in southern Utah, 1683 N. Canyon Road, Provo. Hours: 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Mondays, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesdays through Fridays, and noon to 4 p.m. on Saturdays, free admission, call (801) 378-5051.
