Nov. 8 Temple Square Concert Series: Thailand pianist and composer Nat Yontararak, his wife, Pawongduen, dancer of contemporary Thai song and dance, and their two pianist daughters, Paranee and Pinnaree, will present an evening of "Families Making Music," in the Assembly Hall at 7:30 p.m. Works presented will be from Mozart, Chopin, Debussy, and compositions and arrangements by Nat Yontararak. Free admission.
Nov. 9 Temple Square Concert Series: Viva Voce! Women's Chorus, directed by Jean S. Applonie of the BYU music education faculty, will debut this year its Men's Choir, which will join with Viva Voce! to sing 15 works from a wide range of choral composers, in a concert in the Assembly Hall at 7:30 p.m. Free admission.
Nov. 22-Dec. 28 The musical play "Savior of the World" will be performed during Christmas season at the Conference Center Theater. Tickets may be purchased at www.lds.org/events, by telephone at 240-0080, and in person at the Conference Center ticket window (door 4).
