Who shall say that it was not a miracle that by his word the heaven and the earth should be; . . . and by the power of his word have miracles been wrought?
And who shall say that Jesus Christ did not do many mighty miracles? And there were many mighty miracles wrought by the hands of the apostles.
And if there were miracles wrought then, why has God ceased to be a God of miracles and yet be an unchangeable Being? And behold, I say unto you he changeth not; if so he would cease to be God; and he ceaseth not to be God, and is a God of miracles.
For me, driving is a very difficult task. I can't even handle riding a bicycle, even though almost everyone knows how to ride a bike in China.
Since I came to Australia, I decided to learn how to drive. It took me a long time to learn and practice, and I've been through 12 driving tests.
After I failed a few times, I requested a blessing in which I was promised that I would be safe while I was driving, and I would be able to get a license.
After this blessing, I continued practicing. But I still failed a few more times. One time, after I failed another test, I just wanted to give up. That night, I prayed to my Heavenly Father and said that was enough for me and I really wanted to give up. However, I still asked Him for His guidance.
Right after my prayer, I opened my Book of Mormon and it was right on Mormon 9:17.
It felt like my Heavenly Father talked to me directly to answer my prayer. I knew His promise would be fulfilled as it was said in the blessing.
Now, I can go anywhere I want to go. I can help others. And I can even drive on the freeway. I am thankful. I know that "He ceaseth not to be God, and is a God of miracles."
