Building botanical gardens

EL PASO, Texas — Some 120 youth from the El Paso Texas Mount Franklin Stake helped build botanical gardens and a wetlands viewing area at Keystone Heritage Park in El Paso in early August. As part of a service project for a youth conference, they participated in building a maze, clearing brush and replanting some of the native plants.

When the area was evaluated as an archeological area some years ago, it was discovered that it dates back further than any other in North America of a nomad community.
