New stake presidents

A new stake has been created.

Frisco Texas Stake, which includes the Frisco 1st, Frisco 2nd, Frisco 3rd, Frisco 4th, Frisco 5th, Frisco 6th, Little Elm, The Colony 1st and The Colony 2nd wards, has been created by Elder John B. Dickson of the Seventy.
