New stake presidents

New stakes

A new stake has been created from the Houston Texas East and Houston Texas stakes. The Houston Texas Summerwood Stake, which includes the Lake Houston YSA and West Lake Houston branches and Eagle Springs, Fall Creek, Galena Park (Spanish), Houston 7th (Spanish), Liberty, Pine Trails and Summerwood wards, was created by Elder Paul V. Johnson of the Seventy and Elders J. Romeo Villarreal and Stanley G. Nielsen, Area Seventies.

A new stake has been created from the Springville Utah YSA Stake. The Provo Utah YSA 19th Stake, which includes the East Bay YSA 1st, East Bay YSA 2nd, Hobble Creek YSA, Kolob YSA, Mapleton YSA 1st, Mapleton YSA 2nd, Slate Canyon YSA, Spring Creek YSA and Springville YSA wards, was created by Elder C. Scott Grow of the Seventy and Elder Von G Keetch, an Area Seventy.

A new stake has been created from the Apia Samoa West and Upolu Samoa Falesi'u stakes. The Upolu Samoa Malie Stake, which includes the Levi Branch and Faleula Uta, Faleula, Malie 1st, Malie 2nd and Uiliata wards, was created by Elder F. Michael Watson of the Seventy and Elder Douglas W. Jessop, an Area Seventy.
