Elder William R. Bradford of the Seventy created the Lima Peru Tahuantinsuyo Stake, which includes the Antisuo, Carabayllo, Deseret, Payet, and Tahuantinsuyo wards, and the Amauta and Los Jardines branches.Elder Harold G. Hillam of the Seventy created the Porto Alegre Brazil Partenon Stake, which includes the Aparicio Borges, Intercap, Pinheiro, Sigueira, and Via Mao wards.

Elder John R. Lasater of the Seventy created the San Francisco De Macoris Dominican Republic Stake, which includes the La Vega 1st, La Vega 2nd, Moca, San Francisco 1st, and the San Francisco 2nd wards, and the Jarabacoa, Nagua, and Salcedo branches.

Elsewhere, stakes were reorganized in Mexico, Peru, Venezuela, Uruguay, and in Michigan.
