On the bright side

During our last Primary class of the year, I explained to the 3- and 4-year-old children in my class that they would be moving into a new Primary class the following Sunday. I tried to explain to them that because they were growing older, they would be in a new class and I would no longer be their Primary teacher. The children responded favorably to my explanation with the exception of my own little son, Steven. With a forlorn look on his face, he raised his hand and quietly asked, "Mom, will I still be your son?" – Susan Rudd Taylor, Provo, Utah
