Employment: Executive with SEI USA in Newport Beach, Calif.; and partner with Durham, Jones and Pinegar law firm in Salt Lake City.

Education: Bachelor's degree in community health education from University of Utah in 1976; juris doctorate from BYU in 1979.

Church service: President of Salt Lake Emigration Stake; former president of Salt Lake University 4th Stake, president of Japan Nagoya Mission from 1998 to 2001, counselor in Salt Lake Ensign Stake presidency, bishop, stake Young Men president, counselor in bishopric, Scoutmaster, member of high priests group leadership; missionary in Japan Mission from 1970 to 1972.
