AUGUST 31 — Garden Talks in the Park will feature “Season Ending, Harvest Pending,” by Jerry Goodspeed at 7:30 p.m. in Brigham Young Historic Park.
SEPT. 2 — Organist James Welch will present a program highlighting music by French composers Berveiller and Widor at 7:30 p.m. in the Tabernacle.
SEPT. 3 — Carrie deLapp, soprano; J. Arden Hopkin, baritone; and Pej Reitz, piano, will perform songs from Argentina at 7:30 p.m. in the Assembly Hall.
SEPT. 16-17 — The O.C. Tanner Gift of Music concert will feature the Mormon Tabernacle Choir and Utah Symphony performing “Requiem,” by Hector Berlioz at 7:30 p.m. in the Tabernacle. Tickets are required; for free tickets visit www.lds.org/events or call 801-570-0080.
CONTINUING — Free one-hour tours of the gardens surrounding Church headquarters are available Monday through Friday at 10 a.m. at door 15 of the Conference Center or 12 p.m. at the Church Office Building Plaza; Wednesdays at 7 p.m. at the Church Office Building Plaza; or Sundays at 10:30 a.m. at the east gate of Temple Square.
DAILY — Organists perform 30-minute recitals in the Conference Center at noon Mondays through Saturdays and at 2 p.m. on Sundays.
