New stake presidents

Four new stakes have been created.

A new stake has been created from the Elche Spain and Valencia Spain stakes. The Cartagena Spain Stake, which includes the Huercal-Overa, Lorca and Torrevieja branches and Cartagena 1st, Cartagena 2nd, Cartagena 3rd, Molina de Segura, Murcia 1st and Murcia 2nd wards, was created by Elders Jose A. Teixiera and Patrick Kearon of the Seventy.

A new stake has been created from the Carigara Philippines District. The Carigara Philippines Stake, which includes the San Isidro Branch and Calubi-An, Capoocan, Carigara 1st, Carigara 2nd, Jaro and San Miguel wards, was created by Elder Brent H. Nielson of the Seventy and Elder Remegio E. Meim, an Area Seventy.

A new stake has been created from the Kinshasa Democratic Republic of the Congo Kimbanseke and the Kinshasa Democratic Republic of the Congo Masina stakes. The Kinshasa Democratic Republic of the Congo Mokali Stake, which includes the Du Rail, Fer Bois, Kingasani 1st, Mapela, Masina 2nd, Masina 3rd and Siforco wards, was created by Elder Carl B. Cook of the Seventy and Elder L. Jean Claude Mabaya, an Area Seventy.

A new stake has been created from the St. Petersburg Russia District. The St. Petersburg Russia Stake, which includes the Gatchina, Petergof and Sestroretsk branches and Avtovo, Kolpino, Nevsky, Shuvalovsky, St. Petersburg Tsentralny and Vyborg wards, was created by Elder Russell M. Nelson of the Quorum of the Twelve and Elder Larry Lawrence of the Seventy.
