Marianne Holman Prescott

Marianne Holman is a reporter for the Deseret News, where she writes for the Church News. Prior to joining the Deseret News, she worked as an intern at the Church Magazines, writing for the news section of the Ensign and Liahona magazines. Although Marianne was raised in Salt Lake City as a University of Utah fan, she graduated with a Bachelors degree in communications from Brigham Young University in 2008. She served a full-time mission to Cleveland, Ohio, where she spent part of her missionary service as a guide in the Kirtland Historic Sites.
