President M. Russell Ballard, Acting President of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles, tweeted on May 3 about not losing sight of Christ: “I promise that as you keep your focus on the Savior and what He did for you and for me, your burdens will be lifted and He will help you.”

He was one of several leaders of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints to share on social media this week.
Young Women General President Bonnie H. Cordon, in a May 2 post on Instagram, shared a quote: “Turning to the scriptures for a life hack is much more reliable than social media.”
Elder Dieter F. Uchtdorf of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles shared a message to all parents. “The Lord loves you. He is with you,” he tweeted on May 3. “He is your strength in guiding your children to make righteous choices.”

On Facebook, Elder David A. Bednar of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles posted a video on May 3 of him speaking during an areawide broadcast in the Philippines. “As we make and keep sacred covenants in holy temples, the Savior abides in and walks with us,” he said.
Elder Quentin L. Cook of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles testified of the Book of Mormon. “Continuously reading and studying this sublime book has strengthened my desire to live God’s commandments and has provided me with a strong testimony of the living reality of the Son of God,” he tweeted on May 4.
The Book of Mormon is internally consistent, beautifully written, and contains the answers to life’s great questions. It is another testament of Jesus Christ. It contains His commandments and gospel teachings.

Sister Michelle D. Craig, first counselor in the Young Women general presidency, posted on Facebook on May 5. She wrote: “When I am asked to do something beyond myself, I remind myself to be grateful for such tasks! Maybe you could use a reminder as well.”
Sunday School General President Mark L. Pace posted May 3 on Instagram an invitation to all to prepare for this weekend’s Sunday School lesson. He testified, “I promise the Lord speaks to us as we strive to study His word!”
Brother Jan E. Newman, second counselor in the Sunday School general presidency, on May 5 shared a picture of the restoration work on Temple Square in Salt Lake City. He said, “[God] is always there to catch you, and then to help you remodel and rebuild your faith in Jesus Christ!”
