New stakes have been organized in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Ecuador, the Philippines and Utah.
The General Santos Philippines Stake, which includes the General Santos 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th and Polomolok wards, and the Cannery and Glan branches has been created by Elder Ben B. Banks of the Seventy.The Santa Fe Argentina North Stake has been created by Elder Claudio R. M. Costa of the Seventy. The new stake includes the Liceo, Pompeya, Recreo, San Martin and Yapeyu wards, and the San Agustin branch.
The Santiago Chile Alicahue Stake, which includes the Alicahue, Jose Pedro Alessandri, Los Copihues, Macul 1st, Nuevo Amanecer and San Luis wards has been created by Elder F. Melvin Hammond of the Seventy.
The Santo Domingo Ecuador Stake has been created by Elder Jay E. Jensen of the Seventy. Included in the new stake are the El Bosque 1st and 2nd, Las Islas, Las Palmas and Los Angeles wards, and the El Carmen, and Los Laureles branches.
The Sao Paulo Brazil Cotia Stake, which includes the Cotia, Embu Das Artes, Itapecerica Da Serra 1st and 2nd, and Jardim Arpoador wards, and the Educandario, and Granja Viana branches has been created by Elder Harold G. Hillam of the Seventy.
The South Jordan Utah Country Park Stake, which includes the Country Park 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, and South Jordan Central wards, has been created by Elder Monte J. Brough of the Presidency of the Seventy.
Elsewhere, stakes have been reorganized in Chile, Mexico, South Carolina and Utah.
