President Nelson will visit Latin America on a ministry tour. Here’s where he’ll be stopping

Sites and dates for President Russell M. Nelson's next ministry tour are set: Latin America in late summer.

President Nelson will be joined by his wife, Sister Wendy Nelson, and by Elder Quentin L. Cook of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles and his wife, Sister Mary Cook, in visiting five countries in nine days from Aug. 24 to Sept. 2, Newsroom said.

The tour will include stops in Guatemala, Colombia, Ecuador, Argentina and Brazil.

In October 2018, President Nelson went on a South American Ministry Tour. Here are all of the stories from his visit.

President Nelson and Elder Cook will be visiting with government leaders, religious leaders and members in the following locations for the Latin America tour:

Saturday, Aug. 24: Guatemala City, Guatemala

Sunday, Aug. 25: Bogota, Colombia

Monday, Aug. 26: Quito, Ecuador

Wednesday, Aug. 28: Buenos Aires, Argentina

Sunday, Sept. 1: Sao Paulo, Brazil
