David A. Bell: unprecedented term

David A. Bell, a member of the Farmington (Utah) 2nd Ward, was recently elected to an unprecedented third term as chairman of the technical committee of the National Electrical Manufactureres Association's Transient Voltage Surge Suppression Section. The organization is made up of representatives from nearly every electrical manufacturer in the nation. In separate action, Bell, vice president of research at EFI Electronics Corp., was appointed as special task force chairman for the development of standards by the American National Standards Institute.
