Married 70 years ago on Oct. 23, 1923, in Colonia Chuichupa, Mexico, one of the Mormon colonies in Chihuahua, Mexico. They were later sealed in the Arizona Temple. They moved to Provo, Utah, where they both worked for BYU for many years. Members of the Orem 4th Ward. He worked with the youth in the Aaronic Priesthood, and she served in the Primary and as chorister in the Sunday School. Parents of six children, they have 26 grandchildren, 35 great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.
