All Church members are responsible for their own Church activity, but leaders of priesthood quorums and groups are to help each of their members feel comfortable, loved, and needed in the Church. . . .
No single activation approach can reach everyone. The reasons why members are not active are as varied as the individuals themselves. But despite these differences, one element is always the same in successful activation: genuine love. Guided by love and prayer, priesthood leaders make activation plans according to individual needs.
