The Primary administers Scouting for the 11-year-old boy. Eleven-year-old boys make up a patrol in the ward troop. The stake Primary president is registered, is trained in Scouting, and gives pertinent information to ward Primary presidents. She is responsible to see that day camps are held. She works closely with the ward Primary presidents to see that the 11-year-old boys have the opportunity to participate and advance in a successful Scouting program.
