And if Christ had not risen from the dead, or have broken the bands of death that the grave should have no victory, and that death should have no sting, there could have been no resurrection.
But there is a resurrection, therefore the grave hath no victory, and the sting of death is swallowed up in Christ. - Mosiah 16:7-8"With you, I welcome this season of the year which reminds us that God is a God of miracles, that His Only Begotten Son is `the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in [himT, though he were dead, yet shall he live,' " (John 11:25) said President Howard W. Hunter at the April 1989 general conference.
"In this beautiful time of the year we remember that death has no sting and the grave has no dominion. . . .
"We are miracles in our own right, every one of us, and the resurrected Son of God is the greatest miracle of all. He is, indeed, the miracle of miracles. . . ."
