Copyrighted music, scripts, or recordings may not be duplicated without the copyright owner's written permission. Music copyrighted by the Church may be copied if the Church copyright notice is included on each copy.
Playing copyrighted musical selections in Church meetings or at activities, such as dances or roadshows, is permissible if no admission is charged and no one is paid. Recordings of such music may also be used. The presentation of any part of a dramatic musical production, such as an opera or musical comedy, in a Church building or other public place requires the prior permission of the copyright owner whether or not admission is charged. . . .
