The Lord revealed the pattern for conducting quorum meetings in Doctrine and Covenants 20:45 and 46:2 and in Moroni 6:9. Leaders should prayerfully prepare the agenda for each quorum meeting and be receptive to the Spirit while conducting the meeting. The quorum meeting is not simply a class; it provides opportunities for young men to work together in building up the kingdom of God in a way that leads to their individual and collective growth.
