The First Presidency has announced the calls of four more mission presidents. The new presidents and their wives will begin their service about July 1. Those called are:
Luis C. Coronel, 46, to serve in the Argentina Trelew Mission; Sur Ward, Sante Fe Argentina Stake; stake president, former high councilor, district president, district councilor, bishop, and branch president; attended law school; Church Educational System coordinator; born in Bustinza, Argentina, a son of Clemente Francisco and Luisa Ghellar Coronel; married Estela Mary Bode, four children. She is an adult education director, former Relief Society president, Primary president, mission Primary president, teacher development director, and institute teacher; earned music teaching degree; born in San Javier, Argentina, a daughter of Alberto Nector and Estela Maria Bugnon Bode.Jaime Ferreira S., 39, Colombia Cali Mission; Chia Branch, Bogota Colombia Stake; regional representative, former stake president and counselor, high councilor, stake clerk, and stake executive secretary; earned administration degree from the University of Rosario and mechanical engineering degree from the University of the Andes; securities consultant; born in Ramal, Colombia, a son of Alvarez Hernando and Rico Nelly Santos Ferreira; married Vilma Rocio Cabeza Vanegas, three children. She is a spiritual living teacher, former Primary president and counselor, seminary teacher, and Sunday School teacher; earned bachelor's degree from National University; born in Bogota, Colombia, a daughter of Luis Manuel and Aura Totefina Leon Tovar Cabeza Vanegas.
Filemon Flores, 50, Mexico Oaxaca Mission; Ayotla Ward, Chalco Mexico Stake; mission president's counselor, former stake president, and bishop; earned elementary education certificate from Normal Superior F.E.P.; Church Educational System manager of human resources; born in Ayotla, Mexico, a son of Espinoza Filemon and Figueroa Maria de Los Angeles Velasco Flores; married Lourdes Cabrera, six children. She is a Young Women president's counselor, former Relief Society president's counselor, homemaking leader, Young Women adviser, and Primary president's counselor; born in Ayotla, Mexico, a daughter of Ortiz Fernando and Islas Garcia Aurora Cabrera.
Manuel Gonzalez C., 44, Guatemala Quetzaltenango Mission; Amilcingo Ward, Cuautla Mexico Stake; stake president's counselor, former temple worker, stake clerk, high councilor, bishop and counselor; earned auditing degree at Commercial School and programmer degree from I.C.M. of Mexico; Church Educational System regional coordinator; born in Nocupetaro, Mexico, a son of Morelos Roberto and Allala Raquel Calvo Gonzalez; married Margarita Rodriguez, three children.
