The role of Sunday School teachers is to:
Take primary responsibility for helping class members to become and stay active in the Church. 2. Show love and sincere concern for all class members. 3. As directed by the Sunday School president, each week contact - by telephone, note or personal visit - someone who needs attention. 4. Prepare and present interesting and inspiring lessons each week. 5. Make sure that the classroom has a warm, reverent atmosphere where class members feel comfortable and ready to learn. 6. Learn about class members and develop good personal relationships with them. 7. Set activation goals and discuss them with the assigned counselor in the Sunday School presidency. . . . 8.
