Richard Parry Winder, 59, former regional representative, died June 9, 1993, at his home in Simi Valley, Calif., of cancer. He served from 1974-79 as president of the Sandy Springs Georgia Stake, and also served as a bishop, Boy Scout leader and Sunday School teacher. He was a board member of the California State Teachers Retirement System and was past president of Georgia Chapter American Cancer Society.
