New stake presidencies

Elder Harold G. Hillam of the Seventy has created the Fortaleza Brazil Ceara Stake, which includes the Araturi, Conjunto Ceara 1st, Conjunto Ceara 2nd, Conjunto Novo Ceara, and Sobral wards, and the Jurema branch.
